After the submission the article undergoes the following process:

(1) Integrity and orginality check
(2) Initial screening
(3) Double blind peer-review
(4) Final decision

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to confirm that their submission complies with all of the following requirements. Submissions that do not adhere to these requirements will be rejected at the initial screening stage.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it under simultaneous consideration by another journal.
  2. A blind and a non-blind version of the article have been uploaded.
  3. In the blind version: The authors‘ names have been removed from the article and also do not appear in the file properties to ensure a blind peer review.
  4. Information on the author‘s affiliation, including a link to the host institution, and on previous scientific work has been provided through the "Comment to the Editor" function or, if these information is available there, via a link to the author‘s ORCID record. We recommend to register with ORCID. Registration is free of charge.
  5. The Ethics Statement has been acknowledged and followed. Please note that publication in IJRVET requires an Ethics Statement. The Ethics Statement must be placed in the article and before the references.
  6. The use of AI has been documented. Please note that publication in IJRVET requires an AI Statement. The AI Statement must be placed in the article and before the references.
  7. Abstract is structured in four parts and comprising 300-400 words:
    context (alternative term: purpose)
    approach (alternative term: methods)
    findings (alternative term: results)
    conclusions (no alternative term)
  8. Keywords: Three to five keywords are provided. Carefully selecting the most appropriate keywords will enhance the discoverability of your articles. We recommend using keywords from A guide to VOCEDplus.
  9. In-text citations and references follow APA 7th style. Quick guide to APA 7th edition
  10. The submission file is in Microsoft Word format.
