After the submission the article undergoes the following process:

(1) Integrity and orginality check
(2) Initial screening
(3) Double blind peer-review
(4) Final decision

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to confirm that their submission complies with all of the following requirements. Submissions that do not adhere to these requirements will be rejected at the initial screening stage.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it under simultaneous consideration by another journal.
  2. Use the function "Comment to the Editor" and inform us briefly about your affiliation with link to your host institution and your previous scientific work, or use ORCID, if these information are available through your Open Researcher and Contribution ID (ORCID). We strongly recommend to register with ORCID. Registration is without costs.
  3. The Ethics Statement was acknowledged and followed. Please note that publication in IJRVET requires an ethics statement.
  4. The use of AI is transparent and documented. ´Please note that publication in IJRVET requires since 2026 an AI statement.
  5. In the blind version: The authors’ names have been deleted from the text and do not appear in the file properties to ensure a blind peer-review.
  6. Abstract is structured in four parts comprising 300-400 words:
    context (alternative term: purpose)
    approach (alternative term: methods)
    findings (alternative term: results)
    conclusions (no alternative term)
  7. Keywords: 3-5 keywords are mentioned. Carefully selecting the most appropriate keywords will enhance the ability of others to find your articles. We recommend the use of keywords from A guide to VOCEDplus.

  9. The submission file is in Microsoft Word format.
